Conclusion
Working for AsianBossGirl was an incredibly rewarding experience. Growing up, their podcast was a source of inspiration and empowerment for me, so being able to contribute to their mission felt like coming full circle. Helping them grow their audience and announce major decisions, like their live show tour and their hiatus after seven years, was both fulfilling and meaningful.
I’m grateful to have been a part of their journey, even for a short time, especially knowing how much their work impacts the Asian American community. The low-stress environment also gave me the opportunity to learn about the social media world, exercise my creativity, and gain valuable real-world experience—along with connections I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
